Support Topics

  • Account and sign-in: help with Apple, Google, email magic link, or email/password access.
  • Subscriptions: help with Nomblr Pro status, restore purchases, App Store subscriptions, or Google Play subscriptions.
  • Account deletion: in-app deletion help or web/email deletion requests if you no longer have the app installed.
  • Safety and reporting: reports involving harassment, hate or abusive content, spam, misleading content, illegal content, or other user-generated content concerns.
  • Bug reports: crashes, broken features, incorrect restaurant/place information, notification problems, or purchase-status issues.

Moderation and UGC Reports

Nomblr reviews reports involving user-generated content and crew safety. If you report a rating, note, crew name, description, profile, recommendation, harassment, or other safety issue, include screenshots if available, the crew or account involved, and a short description of what happened.
