Terms of Service

These terms explain the rules for using Nomblr, including private crews, subscriptions, account deletion, and content safety.

Acceptance

By creating an account, signing in, or using Nomblr, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

Account Requirements

  • You must provide accurate account information and keep your sign-in method secure.
  • You are responsible for activity under your account.
  • Nomblr is not intended for children under 13.
  • You may not access Nomblr in a way that interferes with the service or other users.

Private Crews and Invited Sharing

Nomblr is designed for private crews. Ratings, recommendations, notes, and relevant visit history may be visible to members of crews you join or create. There is no public review feed, and crew sharing depends on invitations, membership, and app settings.

User Content Rules

You are responsible for the ratings, notes, crew names, descriptions, recommendations, profile details, reports, and other content you create in Nomblr.

  • No harassment, threats, bullying, or targeted abuse.
  • No hate, dehumanizing, or abusive content.
  • No spam, scams, misleading content, fake activity, or attempts to manipulate the service.
  • No illegal content or content that encourages illegal activity.
  • No content that violates another person's rights or privacy.

Safety and Enforcement

Nomblr may remove content, limit features, suspend accounts, or restrict access when we believe there has been a safety issue, policy violation, legal risk, abusive behavior, or misuse of the service. To report content or behavior, email hello@nomblr.app.

Subscriptions and Purchases

  • Nomblr may offer Pro monthly and yearly subscriptions.
  • Subscriptions are auto-renewing unless cancelled through your Apple App Store or Google Play account settings before renewal.
  • Apple or Google processes payment details. Nomblr does not see your card number.
  • Purchase restoration is handled in the app through the restore purchases flow.
  • Deleting your Nomblr account does not automatically cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription.

Account Deletion

You may request account deletion in the app from Settings or by following the instructions at Delete Account. Deletion uses a 30-day grace period. During that period, the account is marked for deletion and may be restored by signing in before permanent deletion is processed. After 30 days, Nomblr batches permanent deletion or anonymization from the account deletion queue.

Service Changes

Nomblr may add, change, pause, or remove features. We may also update these Terms. If changes are material, we will update this page and the last-updated date.

Disclaimers and Liability

Nomblr is provided as is and as available. Restaurant information, recommendations, ratings, analytics, and availability may be incomplete or inaccurate. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Nomblr is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service.
